We offer different plans to suit different needs, a studio apartment monthly rates range from $2,888 to $3,135.  A one-bedroom cottage apartment starts at  $3,660 and a two-bedroom apartment or cottage starts at $4,200.  Our month-to-month fees include three meals a day, housekeeping, linen service, scheduled transportation, recreation and other services.
