- What type of community is Claremont Manor?
Claremont Manor is a non-profit, continuing care retirement community
designed for active seniors age 60 and over. It is fully licensed
by the California Department of Social Services.
- Is Claremont Manor a 'buy-in'?
No, all of our accommodations are available on a month-to-month fee basis. Claremont Manor does not require any large upfront entrance fees.
- How much is the monthly rent?
The monthly fee is based on a choice of accommodations. Please see our Financial Options page for more information.
- How many levels of care do you provide?
Claremont Manor is a licensed Continuing Care Retirement Community. We offer three levels of care, including Independent Living, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing.
- Do you have an Alzheimer’s/memory loss care unit?
No, we do not. But we can help you find an appropriate community in this area to meet your needs.
- What type of accommodations do you have?
We offer a wide selection of accommodations, ranging from studio apartments in the main building to 2,100 square foot two-bedroom/two-bath freestanding cottages with two-car garages. We also have duplexes, villas, garden apartments and everything in between.
- Do you accept pets?
Residents living in cottages may own a pet. We do not accept pets in our main building or in our assisted living accommodations. There is a one-time pet fee deposit of $500.
- Does Claremont Manor offer transportation?
Yes, we have a shuttle bus and town car that run daily around town at no
charge. The 'Get About' service also serves Claremont Manor offering door-to-door
escorted transportation service.
