Claremont Manor has a holistic philosophy that is focused on caring for the entire person – that means ensuring that you have many choices at your disposal. We are a licensed Continuing Care Retirement Community featuring three levels of care including, Independent Living, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing.

If you need a little extra help with the everyday activities of life like bathing, dressing, transportation and medication management, our friendly and dedicated Assisted Living staff is available to help you so you can engage in life as fully as possible.

Our full-service Care Center offers a wide range of therapy programs, including occupational speech rehabilitation and outpatient therapies. Claremont Manor has a licensed home care agency on site so residents can continue to live their lives in the peace and comfort of their own homes.

Claremont Manor’s health clinic performs personalized health care services, like blood pressure and glucose testing. We also offer health counseling to all our residents because we realize how stressful and confusing health issues may be. And for more serious conditions, residents can receive care at the nearby Pomona Valley Medical Center, one of the top medical centers in the country.
